The Missouri/Kansas Chapter, American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) is a not-for-profit organization formed in 1987 for the sole purpose of promotion portland cement concrete pavement products in the states of Missouri and Kansas.
The Chapter's membership includes contractors, material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and cement manufacturers. The Chapter's mission is dedicated to expanding the use of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement and cementitous-based paving products through technology transfer and educational activities.
Missouri/Kansas Chapter, ACPA is a “local” association, representing the interests of our local membership, while understanding the importance of being part of a larger collaborative national effort. Affiliation with the American Concrete Pavement Association gives membership and staff the tools, resources, and expertise needed to be successful on the local and national level.
The American Concrete Pavement Association is recognized nationally as the voice of the concrete pavement industry. This recognition was earned through diligent work and maintaining a highly qualified technical staff. We at the Chapter level subscribe to the same professional principles, which establishes us as a credible resource for the concrete paving industry. Our technology transfer, education and marketing efforts are targeted to both state highway agencies, Missouri DOT and Kansas DOT, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Highway Administration, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, municipalities, counties, and commercial facilities. The chapter also provides technical assistance to members, consultants, architects, and public agencies.
The Missouri/Kansas Chapter, ACPA is recognized as the “voice” of the concrete paving industry in Missouri and Kansas.
